Diana

I’ve earned a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from La Salle University and tend to work from a curious and collaborative approach. I strongly believe in the strength of the therapeutic relationship and work to provide a non-judgemental environment in support of building trusting relationships. I have worked from an Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy approach, inspiring my passion for relational work. I have experience working with individuals, couples, parenting and co-parenting, adolescents and children as well as crisis management.
Therapy is a marathon-not a sprint. As we embark on this journey together, I will help you explore ways in which you can navigate through your day-to-day ups and downs.
Whether you’re feeling like you’re at an impasse, struggling with relationships or experiencing disruptive thoughts, know that you don’t have to navigate through these things alone. Together, we will identify and build upon the strengths you already have, recognize and understand patterns while working toward specific goals. Let’s uncover how your past experiences have informed your present day.
