It is an honor to be of service to others. To be there when you are looking for someone to talk to in your time of need. To be a conduit of hope and healing when life presents itself with challenges. While we all have an innate ability to be resilient when difficult situations arise in life, there are ways to alleviate suffering and diminish pain. There is strength in vulnerability and in embracing our limitations when things go awry or in nurturing the gift of hope when things are going fine. Whether tough times or placid ones, there is solace in knowing you can be healthy and whole with the help of a kind and compassionate guide.

I have a masters in clinical psychology with emphasis in marriage and family therapy from Pepperdine University, experience in providing psychotherapeutic services as a professional clinical counselor and marriage and family therapist, registered drama therapist, mindfulness meditation teacher, music therapist and life coach.

My approach to treatment is holistic and collaborative. I use evidence-based and practice based interventions. I use CBT and integrative therapies that incorporate systems, solution-focused, narrative, gestalt, drama, and mindfulness. The therapeutic process is a journey of self-discovery and growth for the client enriched by their receptiveness to it.

I work with children, teens, adults, couples and families. I am culturally sensitive, caring, empathetic and nonjudgmental. I feel blessed to serve a diverse population presenting a range of concerns and value each client for their individuality. I look forward to helping you facilitate change that leads to happiness, peace, and overall well-being.
