Liz-El

Liz-El earned her master’s in Community Trauma Counseling with a concentration in Child Trauma and Play Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University. She is dedicated to expanding her passion in art therapy and is currently pursuing her certification in this area with Thomas Jefferson University. She is a pre-licensed professional counselor with a desire to help her clients by providing support and meeting them where they are, which means creating a safe and trusting space to build rapport and express themselves.

Liz-El possesses experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, teenagers, and adults. She is skilled in helping individuals who face various challenges such as anxiety, depression disorders, grief, trauma, ADHD, ASD, behavioral problems, and matters related to the LGBTQI+ community.

Adopting a client-centered approach, which sees the client as a whole person not just the concerns, Liz-El places great importance on tailoring her counseling techniques to suit the unique needs of her clients. With her strong commitment to empowering her clients, Zell designs a safe and supportive environment that encourages self-discovery and personal transformation. Through her practice, compassion, and dedication, she strives to make a positive difference in the lives of those she serves.
