Alica
Philosophy of Care
Alica is a Masters Level Clinician in the state of Pennsylvania with almost 10 years experience. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings, ranging from least to most restrictive, with a diverse caseload of children/adolescents, adults, couples and families. Alica completed her Bachelor of Arts from Temple University and received her Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College. She earned her Behavioral Specialist license in 2022 and is currently finalizing her LPC.
Alica utilizes person-centered, evidenced-based approaches when developing individualized, solution-focused treatment and care. Alica’s therapeutic style promotes open-mindedness, trust and empathy necessary to effectively address the needs of any individual, couple or family.
Alica seeks to establish a supportive and genuine relationship with you in order to assist in recovering your strengths and better collaborate with you towards overcoming your symptoms, building new perspectives and finding joy in your life.
